Beat Catch ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we process it, and your rights when you use the mobile app and beatcatch.com.

Account information (email, display name, avatar choice), gameplay statistics (scores, MMR, match history), device information (model, OS, language), and technical logs (crash reports, performance metrics). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we only receive basic identity claims.
To run your account, match you with opponents, build leaderboards, answer support requests, run anti-cheat, and debug. We do not sell your data for advertising.
We share only with our service providers (auth, push notifications, error tracking, hosting) and where legally required. All providers operate under data processing agreements.
You can access, correct, delete, and export your data. You can delete your account from inside the app or by writing to privacy@beatcatch.com.
We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion we anonymize or permanently delete it within 30 days; only minimum records required by law are retained.
Beat Catch is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we delete it immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes in-app or via email.
